Brand new property with 4 star level of standards. This is a place you can have 4 star standard of well-maintained rooms and amenities. It is an excellent place in all aspects. I will stay again if I visit Sri Lanka. The place is big and clean. It has all the basics and a nice rooftop. For this price, the value of this apartment is fantastic. The owner and the manager are very friendly. He helps you with whatever he can. Spectacular! every aspect of this place is splendid! - Incredibly clean rooms with brightly lit common areas - Peaceful location that was not difficult to find - Walking distance to supermarkets, and restaurants (Uber Eats is possible) - Comfortable bed with clean linen - Ample amount of closet space - Fundamental amenities were provided (towels, soap and tissue rolls) - Fridge access, and water bottles are provided - Designated smoking areas - Friendly host and manager that takes responsibility - Decent entertainment system, and plenty of functioning power sockets. A relaxing stay with a homely feeling. his was a nice property, greeted us with an element of surprise based on what we expected. The manager of the hotel was very helpful and courteous. The room was also brand new and smelt really fresh - also had an amazing bathroom.
